Dr. Ivor Chipkin is the founding director of the general public Affairs Research Institute (PARI), based at the College in the Witwatersrand (Wits) in Johannesburg and also the College of Cape Town. Ivor Chipkin is an esteemed Professor at Wits and also a Senior Associate Member at St Anthony's College for the University of Oxford. The professor co
